well,lost control of myself during training today,it's like no matter how hard i try,i just make lot of mistake which i arent supposed to do.why am i so lousy.hais.i felt so frustrated and useless la.sorry girls for scaring you all.i dont know what happen but i just lose control.so sorry.

ohya...the chair at lt 3 SUCK!!!TOO LOW.caused me shoulder muscle ACHE
